AKA  Auntie ChaCha 

Living with AUDHD, is a self-proclaimed “junk-a-palooza-ologist,” a dedicated, interdisciplinary, certified creative educator who consistently makes a difference in the lives of students. 

Through many rich and diverse professional roles, including Sexual Assault Counselor, Dual Diagnosis Group Home Live-in Manager, Contracted Events Artist & Entertainer, Cultural Liaison through the Department of Desegregation, Coordinator of Residence Life, Kid Day Spa Tech Artist, museum educator and PK-12 Teacher; 

(Presently teaching art to elementary & middle school students at 2 local charter schools)

 Chelsee saw the need for more compassionate and individualized interventions that combined cultural immersion practices with the power of healing arts & life skills. 

Thus, Chelsee (and her life partner) founded CandE Factory Enrichment, LLC. 

Chelsee loves fostering creative and unique expression in her students and always encourages them to “say yes to the mess!” 

In her spare time, Chelsee loves traveling, devouring all things vegan, creating & organizing chaos, being out in the elements, and all things canine!

- a safe space (ART WAREHOUSE) for individualization and a creative arts in learning

AKA Officer E

is a dedicated, interdisciplinary, certified instructor of law enforcement, certified police officer in the state of Florida, Certified Crime Prevention through Environmental Design Practitioner, commercial/residential security survey specialist, who consistently makes a difference in the lives of the community. 

Through many rich and diverse professional roles, including a Veteran of the United States Army, Graduate of US Army Ranger School, Private Security Specialist, Community Oriented Policing Liaison, 20 year Veteran of Hostage and Crisis Negotiations; Ernest saw the need for more compassionate and individualized interventions that combined cultural immersion practices with the power of healing arts & life skills. 

Thus, Ernest (and his life partner) founded CandE Factory Enrichment, LLC.

Ernest loves fostering  and empowering members of the community, to affect positive resolutions in their neighborhoods. He is passionate about creating long lasting solutions in unique (and ever evolving) problems.

 In his spare time, Ernest loves hanging out with his service dog, Kaboom, being in tune with nature, seeing the world and it’s historic locations, trains, and all things collectable!
